Ashley earned her B.S. in Cellular Molecular Biology and Biochemistry in 2011. Then she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2016. She earned her Certification in Manual Physical Therapy from the North American Institute of Manual Therapy in 2019. She then earned became one of two Board Certified Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Specialist in the state of Montana in 2020. She has been practicing physical therapy in the Bitterroot Valley since 2016. Her focus is on providing holistic care. She will work with you as a team to help find your primary restriction, whether it be muscular, neural, and/or fascia. Each individual is unique and will receive one-on-one treatment to help you accomplish your goals. She has had additional training in breath retraining through Bradcliff breathing method, visceral and neural manipulation and dry needling. She takes pride in providing compassionate care to assess what your body needs and facilitate balance in your body to help you get back to doing the things you love. She is also a part time lab instructor for the University of Montana’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy program.
Outside of practicing, she loves spending time with her husband, two kids, and dog. They enjoy hiking, biking, running, swimming and playing at the lake together.
